Some services may not be included in the standard conditions. Washing machine use is available for an extra fee and requires staff access. A dishwasher is not provided in the kitchen. Modifications to electrical, IT, or climate control systems—listed or unlisted—are not permitted. The electrical system supports a measured load; high-power electronic devices are not allowed. Only guests included in the booking and present at check-in may access the property. When leaving, you must turn off your devices and all appliances, such as air conditioners, thermostats, gas, ovens, TVs, and coffee makers. The environment is automated and monitored 24/7.
