Superb hotel and treatments but poor service upfront in the email on line booking - fortunately on arrival by having to escalate everything we got our special meal and spa -but don't know why the "total guest service" agents failed before then by neither responding nor booking what we asked for」

「酒店环境很优美，是一个古堡改建的，所以没有电梯。不过酒店服务员会帮你送取行李。不太符合喜欢现代风格的人的审美」

「We had the family room and it was spacious with one main room with double bed and desk and separate bedroom with double bed. Was relatively clean with some dust under the beds. Modern shower/toilet rooms although quite small. Directly across the street from the train station, which was very convenient. Unfortunately, we were there on a Tuesday and the restaurant and wine bar is closed that day so we did not have opportunity to eat or drink.」

「Heerlijk verblijf. Ideaal in het hart van zuid Limburg. Midden tussen de winkels, terrassen, restaurants en vele andere uitgaansgelegenheden. Parkeren voor de deur in overvloed. Wij voelen ons daar thuis. Zijn vele keren geweest en er volgen meer bezoekjes op korte termijn. Binnenin het hotel een prima ontbijt. Goede kamer. Nette badkamer. Uitstekende prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding.」

「Goede plek kamer eenvoudig maar alles wat je nodig hebt . 15 min lopen naar valkenburg. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en hulpvaardig.」

「Kamer was klein voor 2 personen, douchen in het bad niet handig, geen douchegordijn of wand op het bad waardoor alles nat werd. Handdoeken waren versleten. Personeel was aardig. Parkeren wanneer je op tijd was kon achter bij het hotel, anders klein eindje lopen.」

「Ich konnte bereits vor 15 Uhr einchecken. Man konnte erst nicht sehen, das ich das Zimmer bereits bezahlt hatte. Die Mitarbeiterin hat dies direkt geprüft und mir dann bestätigt. Somit schnell klären können. Das Zimmer war super und sogar ein Ventilator bei Anreise auf dem Zimmer. Die Lage ist ruhig und nach wenigen Gehminuten ist man im Zentrum. Parkplatz war im Preis inklusive」
