Golfe Juan -Vallauris: A true beachside retreat. This charming apartment, fully renovated in April 2025, captures the authentic Provence lifestyle. From the large terrace and living room, enjoy stunning sea views stretching from Cap d’Antibes to the Îles de Lérins, perfect for sunrise and sunset. Overlook the marina with its boats and fishermen, and enjoy seafood restaurants just steps away. A white sandy beach just in front, completes this coastal paradise, 10 mins by car to the mythical places like Cannes or Antibes.
The Space:
This luminous, 5th-floor apartment enjoys a prime south-facing position with panoramic views over the sea and beach. Flooded with natural light thanks to large sliding doors and windows, all fitted with high-quality double glazing, the apartment offers peace and quiet in total comfort.
Rare for seasonal rentals, the interior is graced with prestigious, colorful figurative artworks by renowned French artists Christian Neel and Céline Chourlet, whose nearby gallery in St Paul de Vence is well worth a visit. You’ll also discover thought-provoking optical illusion pieces by French-German artist Isabelle Tellié, creating a space for reflection and inspiration.
Perfect for summer holidays, the beach just in front offers endless family fun and activities: sailing, water skiing, sea kayaking, jet skiing, stand-up paddle, flyboarding, E-foil, and more. All available from Marco Jet in the marina.
Even off-season, the location is a delight. Explore the Lérins Islands, visit museums dedicated to Picasso, Matisse, and Chagall, or take scenic day trips to Nice, Monaco, or even Italy which is just under an hour away by car.
Shops for food, beach supplies, and clothing are just around the corner, ensuring a true “home away from home” in authentic Provençal style.

• Dining area with round table for 4–6 guests
• Master bedroom with double bed, storage, and double-glazed windows for peaceful nights
• Guest bedroom with fold-down double bed and desk – ideal as a daytime workspace
• Elegant bathroom with bathtub and double sink
• Independent WC
• Bright hallway with generous cupboard space
A note on potential issues / nuisance:
The apartment is located in front of the beach - some (low level) noise can be detected from the road in front at times.
The train runs behind the building, but with the triple glazing windows, this normally does not cause any noise issues.

Nestled in a calm and friendly residential area, the apartment is perfectly situated for those who love the beach, good food, and charming local restaurants. Just steps away, you’ll find Le Petit Patio—a delightful restaurant and bakery where you can enjoy fresh pastries in the morning and Provençal cuisine in the evening.
For something a bit different, a local craft brewery is just around the corner—ideal for beer lovers looking to taste something unique. This neighbourhood truly has it all: relaxed, authentic, and full of local flavour.
Getting Around:
Everything is so close by, restaurants, shops for food, groceries, café, the beach, so you don't necessarily need a car.
For sustainable travel, the Golf Juan train station is only a 5-minute walk, with connections to Cannes (13 min), Nice (40 min), and Monaco (1h10).
Other Things to Note:
Please note that a Swikly link will be sent to you for the security deposit amount. You need to follow the instructions by providing your card details, the amount will not be blocked nor deducted. But if there is damage caused during your stay, the agreed amount for that damage will then be deducted.
Further, if you will bringing your pet, an extra one-time charge of 50€ - same for our private parking place, which will also be charged 50€ for the period of your stay.
Equally, should you require late check-in, after 20h, we will be charging an extra 50€. We do not accept check-ins after 22h.
