"Villa was beautiful, clean and catered for all. Toni the manager was easy to contact and always available when needed. 3 bedrooms accommodated for our family 5 of us comfortably. Pool and gardens were a good size. Plenty of outdoor space for dining and BBQ. Villa is about 15 minutes Drive from Palma/airport and less than an hour to almost everywhere else on the island. "We, a family of four with two teenagers, really enjoyed our stay. The surroundings are great for walking and the view from the restaurant, which is right around the corner, is amazing! The house is close to the road and one day there where a lot of motorcycles, but besides that it's a very quiet place, perfect for relaxing. "This was most definitely a 5* trip for my family. The hotel is beautiful, the setting, the bedrooms, the pool area, the ambience, the restaurants...... A great place for a relaxing stay. A car was essential and getting around was easy. I'm not sure I would do my main summer holiday there for fear of the kids getting bored of the pool area and not being near the beach but that's a personal preference. I highly recommend a trip to the Zoetry if you're thinking about it. The only negative is the service, it's slow and quite often drinks are forgotten about and food takes very long. Fine for adults but kids can get a bit twitchy. They have a QR code facility for ordering drinks around the pool, it worked maybe 50% of the time. They claim the order didn't go through but when you submit the order you can hear the chime at the bar so not sure I always received an honest excuse for the lack of drinks. More of an annoyance than anything else which is why I stick to my 5* rating."

"Disappointed only 1 pool open, was very busy Having to go from one building to another for meals when there is another restaurant which isn't being used isn't great either especially with how busy that was! Then not having half the drink machines on which caused big Ques especially for hot drinks on a morning!! I really like the hotel and this isn't my only stay here so I was disappointed!"
