「This is a solid 3 star hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is slopeside with ski in/out. Ski rental on site is a plus. However, rooms are basic and mine had no closet. There is an additional daily charge per person for pool and spa use.」

「It's a good hotel, but it does feel corporate. We felt like just one of many thousands of guests. Pay the $$$, be in this hotel, and that's it. Parking person spoke no English, which led to misunderstandings at check-in. Spa is good (although the jacuzzi and sauna were not operational), but it requires a daily reservation to secure a concrete time -- and spots are taken quickly. You need to remember each evening to book for the next day or else you don't get a spot. Location is excellent -- 2...
