"As an experienced traveller, I anticipated the lack of value at a resort restaurant (over-priced for what you get), as was the case here. Also anticipated was that their pre-paid shuttles, like from the airport are too pricey - you can book for half the price on your own. There was a stain on the lounge chair (so we never sat in it) and on the drapes. Most frustrating was their "free" shuttle to and from Da Lat town center. I chose a kitchenette for having a home cooked breakfast and fridge big enough to hold beverages as well as local foods bought at he market. Sound does bounce off the buildings and you will notice it. I would stay at this location again. Best grocery store we found is the GO! store. It is about a half hour walk away, but in a nice area. Cab back would be recommended. "

"Stayed in a panoramic suite with balcony and hill view. Very nice room with additional seating area, bi-fold doors to average size balcony. Grab / Taxi needed to get to main Town but averaged at only 34000VND. Breakfast is limited for westerners with just eggs and bread / toast. Hotel is located half way up a hill so for anyone with mobility issues will, transport will be required. Overall, very nice hotel and would definitely stay there again if in Dalat. "

"This is a very nice hotel where we were very impressed with their tile selections and decor. It appears to be a newly renovated room or it is a relatively new hotel. The location is close to crazy house attraction and please do try out this restaurant that is walking distance and very close by (photo attached).
