"The Amsterdam was an excellent value for money. We stayed one night to attend a concert in nearby Norwalk so only used the room for sleeping. Although the decor is dated, the rooms and hallways were extremely clean and the front desk, cleaners, and other staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel felt safe and secure and the free on-site parking and nearby food selections made the location accessible. Definitely recommended for short stays."

"Everything was perfect. Beautiful area, close to where we had a family wedding. Close to shops and restaurants. Everything we needed was supplied. Each room was comfy and inviting. Beds were comfortable. So nice to have stayed in a home with my family, then all in separate hotel rooms. Pets were allowed. We consider pets family and sooo happy to have brought them. Beautiful weather allowed for us to sit outside. There was a nice office area that unfortunately I did need to use, but only here and there and it was set up perfectly. Overall an amazing weekend. Not sure if we will find ourselves in the area again, but if we do, I most definitely like to be a repeat guest."
