"Great location, nice space, but host not very responsive. No information booklet to explain how anything works. Heater didn't work and host didn't believe us. We had to send a video of us plugging in the heater, turning it on, and nothing happening. We finally got a working heater after a week. A window shade over the patio door was broken and the host never responded about it, so I fixed it. All responses from host were single sentences, and not always helpful, leaving us to figure out things...

"The pictures were clearly taken many years ago as the place is pitifully maintained. VRBO wouldn't even get involved in complaints and they have turned it over to a nother organization, Vacation Rentals Chile who have no clue how to treat a guest. Plus for 2/3 of the stay there was no response to the communications that the appliances did not work. Felt as if once they took our money on this highly overpriced "all but a dump", they could care less. Concon is a nice place, but for the dog feces...

The unit walls were peeling off, no hot water, no heater, the wifi did not work, the stains on the wall and baseboards could not be washed; if you try to turn on the water in the bathroom sink faucet, the piping was so loose, it might come out of the wall. We had one tour scheduled to start early in the AM so the staff was eager to prepare a breakfast for us to eat in our room as their breakfast time did not start until 8:30. Keep in mind, this is an apartment, not a fancy hotel. The room had everything you need, the sheet are clean etc... but expect some wear-and-tear and the need to fidget with the showers.
