Parking is available on the street, and there is also public parking nearby. For airport access, Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport (BZR) is about a 15-minute drive, making it a convenient option for air travel. Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available in the area. "Please note: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. We kindly request that you respect these times. The apartment is located on the second floor, accessible by stairs. While we strive to provide a comfortable stay, please be aware that the building does not have an elevator. Street parking is available, but please pay attention to local parking regulations. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and free Wi-Fi for your convenience. The kitchen includes essential appliances like a stove, oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker. We do not allow pets. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. For any questions or assistance during your stay, please contact me through the platform messaging system.



Security deposit required

• Security deposit required • A security deposit will be required, including for Airbnb guests, via a bank card pre-authorisation from 150 EUR depending on the property.

• You will receive a message 2 days before your arrival to complete the check-in process

• At that time, you will be asked to register your credit card for the security deposit

• If we are unable to secure the deposit, access to the property will not be granted



Baby equipment available as an optional extra: travel cot and high chair provided as a package for €15 per stay. The travel cot is provided with the standard mattress designed for this type of cot, not with an additional thick mattress. Baby bed linen is not provided.

Early check-in or late check-out: possible only subject to availability, with an extra charge of €40. Late arrival after 11:00 p.m.: €40 extra charge only if an in-person check-in is required. If the late arrival after 11:00 p.m.
