Calm

I needed some rest so it was perfect. Very simple but had everything you need. Do bring sheets and towels. Some beautiful towns to visit close by. Would love to return someday.

Nice

The house is beautiful and corresponds to the pictures of the advertisement. We were there as a family with three children and a dog and enjoyed the tranquility. On the other hand, the house was also an excellent starting point for discovering the Provence. Only a shady umbrella by the pool would be great when you are there in the summer. We will be happy to come back.

Außen wunderschön, Innen mit Abstrichen

Uns hat der Aufenthalt prinzipiell gut gefallen, besonders wegen der ruhigen Lage und schönen Umgebung. Im Außenbereich konnten wir uns gut erholen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sowie dem Nachbarn, der die Schlüsselübergabe geregelt hat, war sehr freundlich. Jedoch gibt es bezüglich der Unterkunft auch einige Minuspunkte. Zu allererst hat uns die (fehlende) Sauberkeit bei Ankunft gestört und das, obwohl wir einen relativ hohen Betrag für die Endreinigung entrichten mussten. Vor allem die Küche war schlecht gereinigt, überall war eine Fett-und Staubschicht, die Küchenutensilien waren recht alt und ebenfalls teilweise nicht sauber, es lagen tote Insekten herum. Auch das Badezimmer war sehr alt, der Abfluss hat stark gerochen und es gibt nur 1 Bad bzw Toilette im 1. Stock. Im Verlauf des Urlaubs haben wir ebenfalls mehrfach Skorpione im Badezimmer angetroffen. Die Inneneinrichtung und auch Ausstattung im Außenbereich ist recht veraltet und nicht gut gepflegt (Den Grill konnten wir beispielsweise nicht nutzen, weil er sehr verdreckt war. Die Sitzkissen für die Stühle waren verdreckt). Die Fotos des Internetauftritts sind definitiv nicht mehr aktuell, sondern einige Jahre alt. Seitdem scheint nicht mehr viel in die Pflege investiert worden zu sein. Weiter sollte man wissen, dass das Haus von Nachbarhäusern umgeben ist und abgelegen ca. 6 km von Valréas entfernt liegt, was weite Fahrstrecken (z.B. für die Entsorgung des Mülls) bedeutet. Insgesamt schön, aber sehr rustikal.

Très jolie villa au calme

Schönes Haus

Das Haus liegt ganz ruhig umgeben von Weinbergen und Lavelfeldern. Im Haus duftet es dezent und angenehm nach Lavendel. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, gemütlich und sauber. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein gemütliches Sofa, welches man zu einer Schlafcoach umwandeln kann. Die Ausstattung ist großzügig. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Wein im Kühlschrank. Die Fensterläden sorgen dafür, dass es nicht heiß wird im Haus. Man kann gut abschalten, da die Umgebung so ruhig ist und der Pool sorgt für eine gute Erfrischung. Morgens bietet ein Baum noch Schatten am Pool. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn für mittags und abends ein Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung gestanden hätte. In dem kleinen nahegelegenden Städtchen Nyons, findet samstags ein sehr schöner Markt statt. Die Stadt Avignon ist ca. in einer Stunde erreicht. Der Nachbar des Besitzers hat sich um die Schlüsselübergabe gekümmert und war sehr nett. Er war für jede Frage über Whatts App erreichbar. Vielen Dank für einen schönen Urlaub!

Provence wie im Bilderbuch

Apaisant!

10 jours en famille, avec des enfants de 9 et 12 ans qui ont bien profité de la piscine! Les alentours à découvrir sont top poir les petits comme pour les grands: Nyons, Vaison la Romaine, à une petite heure des gorges de l'Ardèche... nous reviendrons pour voir ce que nous n'avons pas eu le temps de découvrir. Épicurien, nous avons pu émerveiller nos papilles. La maison est très confortable, très bien équipée, propre et accueillante. Le salon voûté est un havre de fraîcheur. Merci à vous.

Jolie maison dans corps de ferme en copropriété avec de grands espaces ( jardins et terrasse)

Très jolie maison bien équipée (intérieur et extérieur) . Idéalement située pour faire des randonnées et visiter la région. Piscine bien exposée. Propriétaire réactif lors de nos interactions. A noter cependant : l'eau est reliée à une source qui n'a pas été potable durant notre séjour du fait de la sécheresse (le budget eau potable a donc été conséquent durant ces 15 jours et non prévu car non indiqué comme un risque potentiel), les sanitaires mériteraient un rafraichissement, les draps et serviettes ne sont pas compris dans la location. Globalement, la location revient donc un peu cher par rapport à des locations équivalentes dans la région.

Tolles Haus!

Tranquillité et zénitude...

Très bon accueil par Yoann, la résidence est très bien située, cachée au milieu des vignes, intimité garantie ! Et pourtant au centre de ballades inoubliables. Petit bémol, la fraîcheur de la piscine !! Nous recommandons ce logement.

Détente, entourés de vignobles

Nous sommes très contents. La maison était en très bon état, avec une belle piscine. On a apprecié la cuisine avec sa lave-vaisselle. Il y avait tout ce qui est nécessaire pour cuisiner et manger bien. Le wifi n’est pas très performant et nous avons trouvé les lits un peu trop fermes. Le prix de location était assez élevé, mais nous hésitons pas à recommander cette maison.

Havre de paix pour se relaxer et découvrir la Drôme Provençale et le Vaucluse

La maison est 100% conforme au descriptif. Elle est rustique mais jouit d'un bon confort et est très bien équipée. Elle est située, au calme absolu, à 3,5 kms du centre de Valréas. Cadre idyllique. Tout est fait pour garantir le calme et l'intimité par rapport aux voisins. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci

Séjour agréable dans une belle région

La maison est bien équipée. Seules remarque: les toilettes sont en étage et pour des gens âgés (+ de 80 ans) c'est un peu difficile. C'est une maison à occuper l'été quand il fait bien chaud pour profiter de la piscine et du salon en forme de cave.

Propriété située à l'écart de Valréas, au calme, au milieu des vignes. La région est superbe, entre petite montagne, vignes, lavandes et villages médiévaux perchés.

Great Rural Retreat

This is a great property, in an isolated hamlet. Very clean and comfortable with an excellent pool and outdoor area - we did not eat a single meal indoors! Linen is not provided and the property can be warm overnight - we had taken our own fan, none are provided and we would recommend having one. A super place, but you do have to drive everywhere as it is isolated.

Un excellent accueil à notre arrivée avec une bonne bouteille de rosé au frais. La maison était impeccable et extrêmement bien équipée. Un séjour très reposant et une magnifique région à découvrir. Je recommande vivement.

Séjour agréable

Points + : Maison propre, bien équipée, idéal vacances, bouteille de rosé au frais offerte, literie correcte, belle piscine, barbecue, transats et chaises jardin en nombre. Points - : Piscine pas nettoyée à notre arrivée, jardin (espace repas, espace de vie extérieur...) peu entretenu et plein de mauvaises herbes (impression décevante en arrivant), salle à manger d'extérieure très jolie mais couverte de vigne méritant d'être entretenue et coupée pour faciliter l'accès. A noter : maison mitoyenne

Très bon accueil et organisation lors de notre arrivée. Maison très propre et très bien équipée ! (Fond d’épicerie, multitudes de couverts, verres et électroménager). Maison et terrasse très agréable à vivre et ensoleillée de 8h à 18h. Lieu très calme pour se ressourcer au milieu des cigales et idéalement situé pour visiter la région. Idéal pour 1 couple avec 1/2 enfants.
