「Michael was a great help, I guess the room key creator was not working. Michael walked us up to the room, then when the system came back up, he brought us our room keys. This room was on the 6th floor. Thank you again Michael! Excellent service!」

「I was disappointed to find the room smelled terrible, the bed was not properly made, the carpet was dirty and the water sprinkler appeared to be hanging by a thread. When I tried to contact the owner about the issues and my early checkout, which was necessitated by the room's condition, they evaded my calls and directed me through a third party, refusing to refund my money. The check-in and checkout process was also slow due to the staff being busy, likely because they were understaffed.」
