Broadway just a 10mins stroll away. 1-min walk to bus stop to UBC, SkyTrain and downtown. Amenities include laundry, dryer, floor heat, etc

Extra services upon request: airport pick-up for $60CAD per trip in a luxury 7-seater car; local drop-off/pick-up; help buying items you need in Vancouver.

Parties and gatherings of any kind are not allowed. Check guests' government ID for safety issues at the time of booking and when guests arrive.

Clean, new apartment

Lower level apartment is clean and new. Neighborhood has good access to UBC, restaurants and beaches. Quiet area with easy street parking. Apartment could benefit from more comfy seating and kitchen supplies.
