I had a very restful 2 nights of sleep. The place was very quiet, the staff was attentive, I loved having fresh handmade eggs in the mornings. The room was clean, the shower was good with good pressure. Overall I had a very good experience with this place and will definately book it again on my next trip to Vancouver.

I had a really great stay at Best Western Vancouver. The staff were one of the highlights of the experience, everyone I interacted with was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel itself felt very clean, fresh, and updated, and the room was spotless when I arrived. Everything looked new and well maintained, which made the stay feel especially comfortable. The room was quiet, relaxing, and had everything I needed. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, modern, and comfortable place to stay in Vancouver. I’d be happy to stay here again.

The property is well maintained and the room was nice and clean. Most of the staff was friendly, except the lady who was there on our checking date. She was not professional or nice. It is never good to just quote company policy in a rude manner. All other staff was nice.

The property was decent for a budget hotel. The breakfast hours (7am) don't really accommodate business travelers needing to leave early in the morning.

The Best Western Inn was great. Staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms are nicely updated and very clean. My room just happened to be located next to the staircase where people were going up and down. It wasn't noisy, I just happened to be a light sleeper and could hear all the movement. That can be fixed easily next time.
