Bad: Exercised room very small, smell of plastics floor tile which unusable to stay without window. One of two Elevator out for a week , duration of my stay. No slipper or toothpaste and toothbrush. Noisy AC. No breakfast or pool. Good is convenient near shop and restaurant. 15 min to downtown with shops and restaurants. Easy free access. Overall quiet property.

All good. Very Good customer service. Attend to anything very promptly and politely. Wish both elevators as well as the ice machine on the lower floor was working. Will recommend this place and have no issues booking this place once again. Thankyou

My whole family were not happy to staying in Sandman hotel. Their elevator was not working, keeping the gym key inside the customer service draw, AC is continues running but not cooling down the room. I will never recommend anyone to staying in this hotel.

I was there with my two kids , ac was not working i asked to be switched to another room but they couldn’t get another room the manager and other employees was not nice and they didn’t care about us just and ignored us I end up leaving the room at middle of the night terrible service I would not recommend that hotel to anyone

I booked this hotel by mistake. There is another Sandsman signiture hotel right across the road with the same rates . When i realized , tried to cancel but they said it was too late . They didnt cancel or refund. So my kids and i disapointed becuse no pool , no breakfast and poor condition . Sadly we paid the same amount of money with much better hotels. Very bad experiance. Lots of different options . Avoid if you can.

The problem with any of the Sandman’s is they’re due for an over haul it’s not super clean and the furniture, carpets and decor are tired and very used. Both locations I stayed at this week were dingy the outlets built into the furniture didn’t work and there is visible stains on the furniture and the glass tops. The under mount sinks need caulking and the showers leak. The fridges and microwaves aren’t in fresh conditions and just overall this hotel chain needs deeper cleaning in between guests and updating replacing their rooms. With higher room rates for stays that should reflect in the rooms so you feel like you are getting what you pay for. Unfortunately I think a lot of partying goes on in these rooms.
