At nearly 1500 sqft (139 m^2) the ‘Skyline’ is an exclusive two-bedroom two-bathroom penthouse located at the top of an office building. It is the only residential unit in the building.

With two private patios- one with a fantastic view of the Vancouver skyline and the North Shore Mountains.

The two floors below are businesses (Ayervedic massage etc), so you won’t be disturbed during your stay.

*Please note that this building is a walk-up, meaning you’ll need to go up two flights of stairs to reach the apartment the first time

The space is huge with a full dining area, large sectional, and tons of natural light from the floor to ceiling windows on both sides of the main living area.

The main bedroom is large as well, with a big screen tv, desk, ample closet space and a full bathroom.

Second bedroom king can be split into two twins.

The kitchen has everything you need to whip up a snack or a full meal.

The other sleeping space is a very comfortable convertible sofa made by Industrial Revolution.

Free underground parking is available

The neighbourhood is incredibly central. You’re a short walk away from the sites and shops of Kitsilano, the market at Granville island, and the nightlife of Granville street. An evening or morning stroll down to False Creek might be a favourite thing you do on your trip. I've walked this neighbourhood in all seasons and it's always a treat.

My top priorities are 1) Clean 2) Comfortable and 3) Quiet. This property gets five stars for in all three categories. When we arrived there was a minor issue with the AC caused by previous renters. The owner showed up within 15 minutes to fix it. We also enjoyed the album collection! My only suggestion would be to improve the seating on patio areas and take down the tarps which obstruct the view.

Although a little difficult to get into at first, it was a great place to stay. Many neat places and restaurants within walking distance. Owner was great to send information ahead of time. Perfect for our family of six!

Good location, fine apartment

Overall, our stay was just fine. Apartment had what we needed and there was a large amount of space. That being said, the condition of the home was dated. The terraces felt pretty out of commission, given the large tarp that was hanging off of the roof. This tarp was also a source of noise for the second room all throughout the night, as there was wind and rain, and caused us to need to sleep with ear plugs. Generally, the space was just peculiar. The apartment is located at the top of an office building, which meant it was nice and quiet on the weekend, but just odd. For the price, I would not stay here again.

Too many inconveniences

This unit is indeed large but it is quite dated which created many inconveniences. The doors and windows don't do a good job of keeping the outside noise down (very noisy). The 3rd bed was in the common area and a blind was missing from the patio glass door so one of our party slept with a lot of early light (we used a spare mattress to block as much as we could). The other patio door doesn't lock so the ladies were worried about security and safety. The master bdrm bathroom; the tub didn't drain so we showered in ankle deep water, the shower head leaks, electrical plugs didn't work, and the hutches aren't attached to the wall (not safe). The 2nd bdrm bath; the tp holder fell off so I put it back using my fingernail and the shower is gross and too small to wash yourself (need flip flops)! The dryer is situated so it is very hard to get clothes in and out. Also, the dishwasher isn't attached to the counter so tips forward when you load it, annoying. Lastly, the 2nd bdrm doesn't have a door knob from the main area so inconvenient in & out. Too many issues that caused too many inconveniences in our opinion.
