「Unfortunately the room had a leaking toilet. No antenna on the TV, therefore not working. Kitchen very small. Room although clean but requires better furniture. Pillows uncomfortable. Ceiling fan not working but air conditioning working. View from bedroom great but water leaking off roof onto balcony making it slippery. Some staff helpful」

「I recently stayed at the Grand Eastern Hotel in Labasa and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I booked for two nights but had to check out a day early due to a serious maintenance issue.
