"The property is nice, we stayed for two weeks and all went well. The view from the apartment is great. The location is also great. On the seafront it was good to be able to take a daily walk down to the coast to the marina. The apartment is close to many beaches. The balcony has the sun all day so good for sitting out. The apartment had all facilities we needed."

"Great house on the top of old city. This accommodation is large and comfortable for 4 people. House was clean and ready for guests. It is good choice for your holiday. There is a fantastic view from terrace. Porto Maurizio where is this house is very awesome town with a lot of monuments, romantic place and many restaurants. "The rooftop terrace with its panoramic views was fantastic. We enjoyed the church bells ringing throughout the day as well as our walks in and around Costarainera and Cipressa. The landlord was quick to respond to the few questions we had. His directions to the village and the house were outstanding with very helpful photos. The nearby garage was much appreciated too."

"A cosy place for a visit to SanRemo, in a beautiful, historic part of the town and easy walking distance of the beach. Be sure to get clear directions to the apartment before your arrival. We found the office where we were told to pick up the keys was closed and had difficulty finding the apartment and then a parking place. Water pressure is also a little low in the apartment. However, very good value for money."

"First of all: you cannot reach the apartment by car, you have to walk the last 200 meter over a bad pathway, and anyone that has a physical handicap will have trouble reaching it. Then: there is no mobile network, so when you anrrive you can’t sent Livia a message that you are in the village, you have to look around and ask for her. Then in the anpartment the WiFi does not work well. There is only WiFi in the kitchen, and it does not work when there are clouds or rain. To reach the swimming...

"The stay was great and the house was amazing! She was very flexible with the check in process as we had a different time than check-in allowed for. The only issue was that we arrived into town at midnight and couldn't get a taxi so it was difficult to find a way to the home but the host was very helpful and accommodating to us!"
