“Stunning property but the staff and customer service were seriously lacking for an establishment of this caliber. Perhaps it was due to the season just starting but the staff seamed unorganized and lacked the finesse and professionalism we expected. Additionally, the sole restaurant serving dinner was fully booked and we were told we could dine in the bar, which only serves unrefined snack food, which was not desirable nor acceptable. ”

“這次真的糟糕到爆炸。 整個旅館房間的空調都不能用。房間內熱到不行，打電話給櫃檯得知唯一方式就是開窗通風。真的傻眼，我即使開窗那間房間外面也沒什麼風。這四星級酒店提供這樣的住宿體驗，也不會給予補償，我強烈不推薦大家來住這一間旅館。”

“Bel hotel, très propre et bien situé , à 5 min de la gare et de la place principale , dans une rue calme, bcp de commerces et restaurants autour. Il y a des sans abris sur la rue principale , attention à la sécurité aux alentours car ils sont souvent quémandeurs et alcoolisés . La chambre est très propre , manque de lumiere mais la qualité est partout, la douche à l’italienne est magnifique ! Que de beaux matériaux ! Le petit dejeuner est de bonne facture , la machine à café ne marche pas très……

“鄰近中央火車站和巴士總站，出入鄰近地區，和遠郊地區旅遊景點，非常方便。酒店房間無熱水煲，冲茶飲不方便。另外，浴室空間大，有浴缸，但無玻璃屏幕，花洒冲凉會使到大面浴室地面濕滑，產生危險。”

“Location is very good, very easy to find when you go out from Avignon train station; the outlook of the hotel is unique and attracting, we had a pleasant and relaxing experience here. Strongly recommend to stay few nights here!”
