「Mostly business stay so weren’t hung up on being pampered. One morning electricity was out in the area, but wasn’t a problem as there was a very good battery backup which kept everything going. Wasn’t aware until we went for a walk. A few local places to eat, good food and reasonable. All the items needed were already there, including coffee. Only thing missing were a couple of facecloths (maybe previous guest packed them), I’m sure that will be corrected.」

「The apartment was just as listed. Simple, Clean, Comfortable and perfect for our needs. We stood one night to go to the Bad Bunny Concert. Just 5 UBER ride to the Coliseo. We needed sheets and towel since it was three of us at the apt, Albert showed up that evening with the sheets and towel. Great respectful response. Thank you Albert.」

「Had a late flight in (after 11pm) and was able to check in without any issues. Used uber and taxis instead of renting a car. Uber was so easy to use. Short 5-6 min walk to beach and rented the chair/ umbrella at beach. So many food places in walking distance. Juan was very fast in responding to my messages. Would stay here again. He also allowed us a late check out. Until next time San Juan!!!!」
