"Reception provided us with a refurbished, clean, modern room, with a great view. Helpful staff converted bedding and towels from single use to a double. Restaurant service good and very friendly staff. The first time we have stayed overnight at Billund airport and would have no issues about further visits to Airport Hotel. A friend of ours, a regular stayer advised us what to expect."

"From the time I walked in to the time I left I felt welcome. The front desk booked a taxi for me and arranged a breakfast to go at 4 AM. I was served by three different staff members and all were friendly, efficient and very helpful. I would definitely recommend The Billund Lodge. "

"We traveled from Canada to attend a Viking lifesaving course and stayed here for the week. After flying all night and taking the train from Copenhagen, we arrived late and exhausted—but were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff. They greeted us with smiles, kindness, and understanding, and were both helpful and efficient throughout our stay. They offered great recommendations, including a nearby restaurant (Plates), where to do laundry, as well as information about the pool and self-service kitchen.
