Updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located on the island of Venice, Florida. Walk to the beach, enjoy a beautiful swimming pool and shuffle board! Walk to to beach for sunset or enjoy it from the comfort of your couch, The condo is located in a quiet area but you have easy access (5 minutes) to downtown Venice restaurants and shopping. There are miles of bike paths, multiple marinas and areas to fish nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at our condo at Aldea Mar, it’s a perfect location with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico, huge pool & lovely neighbors. The condo was very clean & well maintained & close to everything we wanted to do.

The location was great. We rented bikes for a portion of our stay and were able to bike to breakfast and dinner several times. Access to the pool and beach were super easy and the property is lovely. The layout and supplies/ stagging is perfect. They had everything we needed!!

We were looking for a special place to stay to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and this was definitely the spot! Such a beautiful home and very comfy! Everything you might need was available and very clean! Gorgeous pool and beach entry, and so close to downtown and just about everything! Lovely neighborhood with friendly people! Our host was so pleasant and patient with all our questions ahead of reservation! Can't say enough about this amazing home! Looking forward to staying again on a future vacation to charming Venice!

I was displaced from hurricane Ian and was having a hard time finding somewhere to live thankfully this property was available and the owners were more than generous with helping me out. It's a nice place to stay and so close to the beach you can't go wrong
