Oase der Ruhe

Die Wohnung ist mega gelegen, 8 min zu Fuss vom Vaporetto Anleger "Giardini", also auch gut mit Gepäck zu schaffen. Das Viertel ist vor allem durch Einheimische geprägt, das hat einen so schönen, authentischen Charme und es ist selbst im August wunderbar ruhig und beschaulich. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, Italien-typisch und urig durch das alte Gemäuer (Achtung Köpfe!). Es war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten! Absolute Empfehlung!

ausgezeichnete Unterkunft

sehr gute Unterkunft, ruhig, geräumig, zu Fuss aus Stadtzentrum und mit Schiffs-OeV von überall her sehr gut zu erreichen, auch für Bade-Strand-Interessierte ideal, Lido mit Schiff mit kurzer Fahrt gut erreichbar. Sehr gute Betreuung vor Ort mit Uebergabe und Abgabe, unkomplizierte, sehr freundliche Zuständige.

One week holiday

The apartment was Good. Late arrival was made possible - Thanks to the keyholders. The stairs leading up to the apartment were quite steep, so the apartment is not suitable for people with bad feet. Services (shops, restaurants etc) nearby - friendly service. Waterbus stations are also nearby.

Świetne mieszkanie w ścisłym centrum historycznym

Mieszkanie jest znakomite, w bliskiej odległości od placu świętego Marka (2 przystanki vaporetto). W bliskiej odległości znajdują się 2 supermarkety. Kilkakrotnie wynajmowałem mieszkania za pośrednictwem Interhome, jednak jeszcze nigdy nie mieszkałem w apartamencie tak znakomicie wyposażonym. Poza wszystkimi niezbędni sprzętami, kompletem garnków, naczyń kuchennych, zastawy stołowej, goście mają do użytku wszelkiego rodzaju środki czystości (nawet mydło!). W mieszkaniu jest bardzo ładny salon oraz taras na dachu z pięknym widokiem na kanał i okoliczne kościoły. Pani gospodyni jest osobą przemiłą. Za jedyne mankamenty można uznać bardzo wąskie i strome schody oraz ciasną sypialnię, w której dwuosobowe łóżko po rozłożeniu zajmuje cały pokój (na dodatek materace znajdują się na różnej wysokości). Jednak w drugiej sypialni jest normalne łóżko małżeńskie, a w salonie kanapa. Dla 3 osób mieszkanie należy uznać za komfortowe, dla 5 będzie niestety zbyt ciasne.
