It was perfect for a mom traveling alone with 3 young daughters. It was a close walk from the train, had a very close vaperetto stop, but was quiet and safe and calm, not near any crowds. The staff were so kind and accommodating.

Stayed here two nights in July. From the airport we took a bus to Piazzale Roma and from there it was a short walk to the hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The area is wonderfully walkable and charming. It is easily walkable to main tourist sites such as the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark’s Square. We enjoyed coming back to the hotel area after visiting these sites as it was not as crowded as the main tourist areas. Breakfast was good. The hotel is also a short walk to the train station. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely contemporary hotel close to main sights.

Lovely hotel in a quiet location, a short walk from Venice train station (10min), and about 20min walk to St Marks Square. Rooms were very well decorated and comfortable, although the bathroom was a bit snug (and the door was sticking on the floor).

Great spot! Out of the touristy area and feels like it is in a more local area. The interior design is very colorful and beautiful. There was a great breakfast spread each morning and a lovely outdoor area if you wanted a quiet place to sit. Room and bathroom were very nice, but the pull out bed wasn’t very comfortable and the room didn’t go below 20C, so we had to open the windows and then were bit by bugs at night.

Wonderful retreat in the Heart of Venice

A wonderful retreat in the middle of Venice. Only 3 minute walk from the Grand Canal and close to public transportation. The Jr. Suite was beautiful with 3 windows for the breeze. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel manager was so helpful!! He recommended a great walk down through the historical area of nice and up the steps to see the best view of the city — even gave us a map of the route. We loved this and it was a great way to spend the little time we had in nice. The property was nice, and the location was super convenient. No parking onsite and you do have to pay for parking in addition to the hotel. The shower didn’t really work in our room. Other than that everything was incredible — macaroons left in the room for us were a nice touch.
