Todo estuvo muy bien, el personal fue siempre muy amable y atento, el hotel tiene sus detalles mínimos pero en general es una gran opción ya que está a 5 min caminando de la estación de Mestre y el desayuno está a buen precio y diría ligero pero de buen sabor

Todo correcto.
Todo muy bien, limpieza y amabilidad de los empleados. Por poner una pega, el colchon de la cama individual estaba lleno de bultos. Se hacia muy dificil dormir en el.

The hotel decor was dated and there was no elevator. Parking was available but very difficult to access. Limited restaurants nearby. Convenient for access to train to Venice.

Séjour agréable
Personnel très accueillant, hôtel un peu vieillot mais fonctionnel. Pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Bien situé près de la gare de Mestre, ce qui permet d’aller se promener à Venise en 15-20 minutes. Petit déjeuner sucré uniquement.

Great all around Hotel A+
Price is right, location is about 10 minute walk from train station. Area is quiet and safe. Breakfast is great at 6 or 7 Euros (I can't remember which). Hotel is a little older with no elevator but they keep it very clean. What sets this hotel apart is the friendly staff. They are willing to help in anyway possible. They speak great English too. They accomidated us on a few travel issues we had that they didn't have to. They just said, "we understand these things happen when you travel and if we can help, we will". I would stay here again without a second thought!

Très bon séjour
Très bon séjour, accueil irréprochable toujours au petit soin, dommage qu'au petit déjeuner il ni est pas du vrai pain., Il a été dommage aussi qu'on est été obligé de retourné un matelas pour ne pas sentir les ressorts. Mais après une petite manipulation tout est rentré dans l'ordre et je pense qu'il ni aurait eu aucun souci vu la gentillesse du responsable si nous avions fait une demande pour un matelas plus convenable. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel à 5 mn à pied de la gare.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The train station to Venice was conveniently close and there were a few dining options in the area. Our room was clean when we first arrived. The only con were the beds - they were a bit too stiff. However, the staff provided excellent service. Overall, a great experience!

Satisfeito.
Foi uma boa estadia. A equipe é muito boa e solícita, especialmente a senhora que cuida do café da manhã. O café da manhã é muito bom. Ótima localização, perto da estação de trem em Mestre.

A very old, shabby hotel. Most of the employees were very sweet which is why I am rating this stay as high as I am. I do not understand how the average score is >8. This place was very depressing.

Staying here was worth it.
Staff are warm and welcoming. Parking was easy and walk to train and bus station very convenient. Rooms are basic and so is the breakfast. No protein, so be aware. Also no lift (elevator). Value for price was very good. Stayed five days. Was worth it.

Great place
The place was clean and in a good location to transportation. Staff was excellent and breakfast was good. Would recommend this place to travellers to Venice. Understanding that it is not a 5 star hotel.

The place was very clean and the bed was comfortable...at least, so far as I know. I slept really well, anyway. Staff were friendly. Air conditioning worked great.

Veneza sem problemas.
Ótima localização para quem quer partir para locais próximos. Queríamos ir a Veneza e o hotel fica a curta caminhada da estação por trem, assim poderia guardar o carro e beber cervejas ou vinhos em Veneza. O atendimento do hotel é muito cordial e deram todas as informações necessárias. Gostei muito e recomendo.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the accommodations were clean and well kept, and had all the facilities we needed. We had the continental breakfast while we were there which was lovely.
