Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication

We were so excited to stay in Venice however when we arrived at the apartment it smelt so strongly of cigarettes. Despite opening all of the windows the smell didn’t dissipate. Sleeping with the smell was very difficult. The couch was dirty and worn.
