Newly restored, Venice Cool Flat is a stylish and comfortable apartment located on the second floor of a Venetian ancient Palace, close to the San Lorenzo Church, the magnificent Basilica dei Santi Giovanni e Paolo and the superb statue of Colleoni, at 10 minutes walking distance to Saint Mark\'s Square and Rialto Bridge and at 8 minutes from public transport stop. It features one double bedroom, living room with comfortable sofa bed, separated small kitchen and contemporary bathroom with large shower.

The entire area is well served with restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarket, pharmacy
