「Wir hatten Haus Nr. 141 und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Einzig die Check-in Zeit von erst um 16 Uhr hätten wir uns früher gewünscht, zumal das Haus gegen Mittag von außen betrachtet, sauber war. Die Check-out Zeit bis 10 Uhr ist auch sehr früh. Woanders ist 11 Uhr durchaus üblich. Die Wärmepumpe/Klimaanlage des Nachbarhauses 142 ist sehr laut und könnte bei lauen Sommerabenden stören . Im Herbst fallen Eicheln von dem am Haus stehenden Baum, was die Nachtruhe stören könnte. Dies ist aber die...

「Ich hatte nur für eine Nacht gebucht. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Matratze für mich ideal, da ich harte Matratzen bevorzuge. Bad total sauber und der Wasserdruck der Dusche ist auch in Ordnung. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen, volle Punktzahl. 」

「附近有Casino, 魯爾蒙德Outlet。假日Venlo市集是個不錯的選擇。 豐盛的早餐（可惜有一些蒼蠅飛來飛去），吃完早餐後漫步在池邊， 飯店有提供釣竿、單車。 除了櫃檯人員比較不友善，不知道是不是因為亞洲臉孔的緣故？」

「this is my first time the hotel didnt change the tower and shampoo when i stay in the hotel 3-4 days . when i ask the room service then i got the reply ... you are the first customer to ask this request ?! unbelievable , you only get everything when first time check in . if you stay 2 days up . nothing you can get ! crazy ! 」

「I stayed in this hotel couple times and this time really pissed us off. The cleaners went to the room and didn’t finish the job and didn’t take the trash away. We ordered taxis and non of them arrived and the taxis they called for same trip could cost from 15-35 Euro difference. 😡 the front desk can’t answer simple questions and they don’t even apologize for not ordering taxis for us. We will Never stay in this hotel again! 」
