"This hotel is close to the town, the beach & the train station but we never experienced any traffic noise. The room was comfortable, there staff were friendly, helpful & polite. Last but not least, the breakfast was very tasty with a good selection of food and drinks. We will definitely visit there again."

"The staff, what an amazing team! we found out when we checked out that it is family run with mum, dad and daughter all working. We had problems with the ev chargers in the town not accepting any credit cards and had only 50km left. The owner called friends and family and even gave me his card to try. When I finally managed to find somewhere they were as relieved as I was. Lovely friendly family! The views are amazing whether it's breakfast or evening meal at the excellent restaurant you can't not enjoy it. The facilities are perfect, pool is clean and a good size with small kids pool."

"Die Wohnung ist zwar alt, aber sehr schön und hat eine sehr gute Lage.Es ist sehr schade, dass die nicht gepflegt und nicht sauber gehalten wird.Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass wir nicht erwartet wurden. Die Waschmaschine lief noch, das Geschirr und Besteck war schmutzig, die Wohnung seit längerem nicht gelüftet.Der Verwalter hat nur die Schlüssel übergeben, die Kurtaxe kassiert und war dann weg, ohne jegliche Erklärung zu Wohnung und Müllentsorgung.Nach dem wir uns organisiert und alles sauber gemacht haben, hatten wir schöne Tage in Ventimiglia verbracht"

"Room is clean with a very good foam mattress. Staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good Air conditioning is good but you have to remind the front desk to turn it on. Water, teakettle and cups need to be requested . The location is unbeatable, right in front of the ocean and port and you have great restaurants at walking distance"

"This ‘shabby chic’ property is fantastic and in a lovely location on the side of a hill with a great views onto the ocean. The infinity pool shares the same view. The sun goes from the pool and property around 1800 in July. Menton & Ventigmilia are both 10 minute drives away. The owners are very helpful and communicative, there is a handyman living in an adjacent property giving help when needed. A very convenient and well stocked supermarket is situated at the main entrance to the property next to the roundabout in Latte. All in all it’s a lovely place to spend a holiday."
