Read before you book!We may have been the first ever renters- proceed with cautionProperly is beautiful and has a great view. You do need to be aware if you have any older guests and or young guests. The property is situated on a very steep road. There are many stairs up and down to the units. We had an issue and incident with the stairs to the top unit. There was a missing railing around one of the corners and a guest lost balance and feel back hitting his elbow and falling backwards to the ground. It was a blessing he didn’t seriously injure himself but there was a lot of bleeding and bruising. I communicated this to the management company in real time with photos and let them know someone needs to immediately remedy this issue for others. I received no communication back as to whether that has happened. There were other issues: Floors were swept but not cleaned, those that walked barefoot indoors, their feet were black from the grime. Kitchen pans and utensils were dirty - could be a faulty dishwasher but for sure wash before you use. The electricity was out in the primary bedroom of unit 2 - management sent instruction of how to turn back on - but this should have been checked prior to us showing up. Men’s underwear found in the corner of unit 2. Seems someone left them behind but this room appeared to not have been fully cleaned or they would have found them. Umbrella on top deck didn’t fit the base and came flying out with the wind barely hitting us
