“Breakfast was made less pleasant by the TV set to FOX the whole time. No one was watching, so why even have it on? Similarly, when you walk in the door, the view right across from the front doors isn't the reception desk but the dining room where FOX news is still on. Does BW get paid to have this crap on all hours? (FWIW I don't think they should show left-leaning news, either.)”

If you Are looking to stay around the stadiums, don’t hesitate to stay at the Caravan, you can’t get it wrong. Besides the property, which was perfect, the staff is top and the restaurant is great. “Came for the World Cup. It makes a very good impression. The presentation of the parking area and lobby are excellent. The hotel reception staff are excellent—Ethan deserves special mention. The rooms are very good. The bathrooms and beds are impeccable: clean and looking great. The only slight downside is that the carpets in the hallways and rooms are a bit worn, though still within an acceptable range. “Paid for a suite and got a regular room. Could not get refund because I booked through Expedia. Fairfield inn gave away my prepaid suite and put me in a standard room and compensated me by throwing me bags of chips from their overpriced food shelf. Will not do Expedia again and will not do Fairfield inn again. The clerk at Fairfield inn also did the same thing to my friend until he demanded a suite that he paid for and they gave him one after telling him one wasn’t available. The clerk lied to……

“No shower curtain, it smelled like old carpet. Not worth the money I spent. They had given a worst room than what I paid for. I will not be staying at this place ever again.”

“Amazing place to stay; clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, reasonable prices. However, parking is a bit of an issue. They offer valet parking for 45 a night, but the only self-park is street parking. This hotel is in the medical district with some very popular restaurants and bars nearby so parking can be pretty difficult to find. We ended up paying for the valet because the closest open free parking was about four blocks away”

“This hotel is relatively new and features a great staff along with full amenities. My room was very clean and included a small kitchen. The breakfast offered was ample and generous. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness throughout the hotel. While my room had a spacious shower, I would have preferred a bathtub as well. Parking was convenient and free. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Grand Prairie.”
