Ideally located between Nîmes and Montpellier, the Mediterranean Sea and the Camargue.

The 160m2 house is located on the edge of the garrigue in a 1200m2 enclosed garden.

Magnificent private swimming pool without any opposite, with a small bubbling pool and a bench seat for moments of relaxation.
You will benefit from a large shaded terrace adjoining the kitchen.

Inside: a ground floor with 1 bedroom, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, 1 living and dining area and a laundry room.
a floor allowing complete independence for children or friends, with 2 bedrooms adjoining the solarium, a bathroom and a toilet.

VERGEZE commune of 5000 inhabitants, benefits from all the conveniences: trade, medical center, course of health, sports complex.
A station that provides access to Nîmes or Montpellier in a few minutes, without forgetting a beautiful scrubland allowing beautiful walks by mountain bike or on foot.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa in Vergèze. Es ist ein tolles, gemütlich eingerichtetes Haus mit großem Garten und hauseigenen Schildkröten. Der Pool ist natürlich ein Highlight, vor allem für die Kinder. Die Vermieter sind super nett und haben uns auch unser dürftiges Französisch nachgesehen. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!
