“Development was very nice. Friendly community & well kept pool & club house. Convenient to restaurants, shopping & beaches. Villa needed work. When we arrived bathtub was clogged & 2 sink faucets needed to be replaced. Owner responded quickly to that problem. Oven was not clean. The tv’s didn’t work because remotes needed batteries & one needed relplacement. One remote was so sticky we needed to use a paper towel to hold it. We wanted to enjoy our stay without complaining to the host. Renters……

“Conveniently located villa with lots of vegetation to admire. Short walk to the boardwalk and trail, I was able to see a couple get married right by the water. The pool is shady so the water was actually quite cool for summer despite being only 3.5' deep. Cute kitchen and we made use of the grill. Bathroom is a good size and the place is just enough for 2 people. Things to see within 30 minutes and modern conveniences like stores and coffee are close by. “We truly enjoyed our stay here! This villa is just beautiful and the hosts are quick to respond and so friendly and helpful. The backyard is like your own personal oasis. There’s lush gardens and trees, outdoor seating, a pool, and a doggy play yard - all of which is fenced in. They also have guest laundry and a bunch of outdoor/beach equipment for guests. It’s not exactly on the water, but with just a short walk across the street and you’re right there at Manatee River. The area where it’s……
