The villa was located in a perfect spot in a nice neighborhood and the community has great amenities! We hope to rent this again!"

"Rooms were beautiful, it slept 11 of us comfortably. We held a farewell brunch after our daughters wedding and it was perfect. Our hosts were gracious and prompt in their response to us when we had a few questions. We highly recommend Three Littlle Birds to anyone that needs a place for a group or event. Great location!"

"THE HOUSE WAS IN A GREAT LOCATION - VERY CLOSE TO EVERYWHERE WE WANTED TO GO. VERY NICE QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD WITH THE ADDED PERKS OF THE COMMUNITY POOL - TENNIS COURTS- BASKETBALL COURTS WE WERE GIVEN A KEY PASS TO USE THE WEEK WE WERE THERE ON VACA. THERE WERE A FEW ISSUES WITH THE HOUSE - TV WAS TERRIBLE(NEED TO GET A BETTER TV NETWORK) NO ONE WANTS TO WATCH 70'S - 80'S OLD TV PROGRAMS!!! PART OF THE TIME NONE OF IT WORKED. OTHER ISSUES WERE KITCHEN FAUCET NEEDS TO BE REPLACED- ONLY HOT WATER...

It was great to have a kitchen and bbq area for meals, enough space for our four year old and us to sleep comfortably, and a peaceful garden and pool area to spend our evenings. We also so appreciated all the amenities provided - having beach chairs, coolers, a wagon, boogie boards, beach toys, and umbrellas at our disposal was so helpful! "This villa is awesome. It’s Spacious & well appointed throughout. The master bathroom is absolutely gorgeous. Both bedrooms are spacious & the beds were all comfortable. The kitchen is very nice, plenty of dishes & cookware. Very close the pool, It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach. If you want front row, you have to get out there by 7-715am to reserve your loungers. Umbrellas are $20. I will definitely come back!!!"

Instruction folder in unit with information on wi/fi access and how to use tv settings maybe helpful! Shade on side door glass would enhance privacy! Overall very quiet setting and comfortable bed to sleep in!"
