「The hotel is close to the train station and center, my room next to a big yard. And the breakfast is good.」

「Cannot say enough positive things about this stay over. The village was beautiful. The room was fantastic. And the view off the balcony: BREATHTAKING! They offer an amazing breakfast every morning overlooking the ocean and neighboring villages. Its absolutely right out of a movie. You just have to experience it for yourself. Words don't do it justice. Thank you for everything!!!」

「Excelente estadía, todo muy bien y una atención muy buena. La persona encargada me habló en mi idioma, estuvo al pendiente en todo momento y siempre fue clara con todo lo que necesitaba.」

「we choose this place because it clearly said there was a WASHER AND DRYER under amenities. it states daily housekeeping, robes, and bidet. none at the property. i got in 2 1/2 hrs.later! i asked where w/d ? he said there is none! i filed a complaint with expedia.. there are no towels for the beach...you have to go to the remote property to get towels for the beach. there is no cleaning service or towel exchange. there is no one to greet you at the prpty. there is no way to get in.there is a #...

「Amazing location with stunning views of the Vernazza harbor! The apartment was perfect for our family of 3. The small bathroom was fine for us but others might need more room. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it was furnished with plenty to cook a meal for yourself. We loved watching sunset on the balcony. A gem! 」

「The team were very helpful and the location was absolutely stunning. We will recommend to our friends.」

「The area is amazing. The place was large enough for the five of us, two parents traveling with three teenagers. The air-conditioning worked great. The only thing I did not like was the swimming in Vernazza…. Kind of murky and smelly. But, the apartment is awesome. 」

「The view from the terrace was stunning! The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the company (Cinque Terre Riviera) was so helpful, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! 」

「Very nice apartment Great location Very clean」

「Great location in great view room is extremely small but certainly functional. The check-in process was a bit cumbersome and overdone. Compared to the other 12 properties I stayed at during this trip they request way too many forms and their ask for a high deposit is also out of line. However I would still say there are four star because of location and value」

「We had an amazing view of the harbor. The balcony overlooking the center of Vernazza was so wonderful, we sat out there with a glass of wine every evening. It was nice having a washer after long hikes.」

「The unit was perfect in every respect with exception of the mattress (which was terribly uncomfortable). Fair warning about parking if you are driving in. Forget about parking close by. Its a ZTL area and the nearest parking is 1.5 km outside of town (uphill). Then if and when you do manage to get to town with your luggage, you need to walk, drag, and roll your luggage another 500m to the steps which lead to the unit. Absolutely no help available with luggage. Zero. Carry at your own risk....

「Otroligt fint boende vid hamnen och vattnet. Härlig utsikt. 」

「Although the apartment was nice, the experience with the company renting the apartment was horrendous and put a damper for me on the whole trip. It is not an individual renting the apartment. It is a company that seems more interested in selling you add-ons to your trip (e.g, boat adventures, side trips) than welcoming you to the home. They have rules about everything and they literally charge you for every little thing -- if you don't take out your own recycling glass, they charge you...

「Calling this a Comfort Double Room with a Sea View is EXTREMELY misleading. There is no sea view unless you leave the room and go out onto a common area that you share with two other rooms. There’s nothing comfortable about the room - it’s just a room, barely big enough to fit the bed, virtually no amenities and barely enough room for a suitcase. The bedsheets are hard, uncomfortable, and loud such that you will likely wake your bed-mate if you roll over in bed. There are steep steps to the...
