「The facility was excellent. Two large pools, a wellness centre and a great restaurant. The menu was different every night and the food was divine. The staff across the whole resort went above and beyond, made the stay extra special.」

「Très belle structure, personnel sympathique et attentionné L’hôtel se compose de 2 structures et 3 piscines, la Masseria est très jolie et possède uns piscine, très cosy et à l’écart Par contre, l’hôtel est isolé : il faut une voiture ou prendre le taxi pour visiter ( Lecce est à 30 minutes en voiture) Il y a une navette de l’hôtel qui amène à la plage ( départ toutes les 30 minutes) 」

「We were given a meet up place to pick up the key with instructions and time. When we arrived (on time) no one was there to meet us. We waited an hour plus on the agency women to arrive to help with check in. After we received the keys we drove to the property and we were disgusted by what we saw. We opened the door to find an entire ant colony in the front hall into the door. The floor was covered in dirt and completely unswept. There were full trash bags sitting in the back yard.
