We had a great experience at Sandman hotel in Vernon! We had the Kingsize bed suite that had a comfy couch in front of the TV with all the amenities we needed. We had a great sleep cause they had a/c to stay comfortable and the curtains kept the light out. The shower was hot, the coffee and tea tasted good and we kept our food cold in the mini fridge. Would definitely come back!
Stayed 1 night with kids. The room was clean. The swimming pool was open in the evening and only my family was playing. Had dinner at Denny's on the 1st floor. The staff was really nice, Chaitali offered me underground parking, special thanks!
Everything is clean and tidy. Nice room, comfy bed, large LCD TV, big windows, but parking spots are limited. The coffee is hot & delicious, but due to Danny's, there's no breakfast option from the Hotel. The staff is helpful and works like a pro.
A one night stay at the Sandeman prior to doing the Onakagan Rail Trail parkrun. Room was lovely, staff super friendly and a great breakfast at Dennys next door after the run. Just the job!
The room is pretty clean, i did see some hidden garbage that was missed, but over all its pretty clean. The staff at check in was very helpful, she offered in door parking when there was no parking outside. The only problem with my staying was, the room is at the very end/side, its far from my parking and a lot of walking for my mom.
Exit right from the lobby into Denny’s for breakfast … genius!
Our room was comfortable, staff were very nice. What more does a person need. Parking convenient.
The front desk person was helpful and attentive. The property is well maintained and the room was perfect for my needs. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated the small fridge. I will stay here again.

Disliked: Amenities
The size of the room is small, no elevator, tight parking space, noisy heat & a/c unit. Friendly and helpful staff.
It was clean and tidy. Bedding was clean and freshly washed of course, smelled good! Staff were helpful. There’s no breakfast, but: their coffee is better than Tim’s and there’s a Danny’s in the same building.
All staff I interacted with were friendly, personable and helpful. Even the manager was regularly present and helping with guests and was very kind. All were welcoming towards my pet and they even gave me treats for her. The room was clean and well laid out. Over all it was a great stay and I would choose them over a different hotel on my next trip
This hotel needs some desperate renovations. Our shelf in the washroom was held up with caulking and crooked screws going into the shower wall. The room was super small. Everywhere you looked it needed renovations. Weird stains on the curtains. Will not be coming back although the staff are lovely.
