Wonderful experience

The house is just as promised - a tropical paradise for people family and pet family. The decor is pure Florida fun. It is very spacious and has everything you need. The kitchen was large and stocked, the linen closet was also generously full. The grounds are well maintained and peaceful. Val was a perfect host who responded immediately with answers to our questions. We discovered beautiful parks with unbeatable views very close to “home”. Definitely recommend this gem.

Overall had a great time. House had some minor flaws but everything was in good working order. Wish the pool light worked though. Loved all the landscaping! Nice quiet neighborhood.

Nice place, great neighborhood!

The neighborhood is great, and the house worked out well for us. The property could use a few updates as it seems to be simply showing its age, the pool definitely needs some money invested. I feel like it was a nice place foe the cost.

Very open relaxing home with a great pool. Fenced back yard made it great for our dog. Close to water and some nice restaurants.

Great home for a family stay!

Our family had a great time at this lovely home in Port Salerno! Val is an excellent hostess who responded quickly and thoroughly to all our questions. The house itself is an excellent size for an extended family group and is nicely furnished and equipped for a stay of any length. The surrounding neighborhood is a quiet, convenient and safe location with attractive homes. The heated pool was a great attraction and provided several hours of fun for the two children and adults in our family. We hope to return again, hopefully sooner than later!

Thanksgiving Vacation

Val responded quickly to all my questions. Had an issue with the garbage disposal and Val had the plumber out within 1 day. All instructions to operate everything were located on the property or Val sent instructions. Was great to be able to bring the dogs along and loved the local area.

Family friendly plenty of room

This home was family friendly with plenty of room for the little one to play and the safety of the pool fence allowed us to relax at ease on the patio. There were dvds and games to keep the kids busy during down time and plenty of room for all 6 of us to not feel cramped up.

A break from the boat

We enjoyed our short stay here while we had improvements made to our boat. This was our first exposure to Port Salerno, and we really enjoyed this little boating and fishing community. The house is clean, comfortable and well-maintained. Val was most attentive and accommodating. We found the water in the pool a bit cold, and Val was kind enough to let us run the heater to warm it up a bit. The pool was the highlight of our stay.

PERFECT, RELAXING, BEACH HOUSE!

We had the most relaxing experience at this beautiful beach themed house! Everything you could possibly need was already there waiting for us. We really enjoyed the gorgeous private pool. We also felt very safe in the neighborhood. I loved waking up and enjoying my cup of coffee in the outdoor screened in patio, listening to the peaceful sounds of birds and palm trees swaying. The owners of the property went above and beyond to help us and were excellent in communicating with us. We definitely are planning to come stay again in the future!

We loved this well equipped and family-friendly home!

There were so many things we loved about this place! It was so comfortable, clean and well-equipped, the safety gate around the pool and especially all the fun games and toys for the kids to play with! Our children did not want to leave and it truly was a home away from home for us! We absolutely adored staying here and we love the quiet neighborhood the freindly neighboors and the nearby beaches. We especially enjoyed Coral Cove Beach. Thank you so much Val and Ryan we can't wait to visit again!
