Appartamento con due camere e due bagni

Dimora Matteotti, a large and sunny apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 6 beds and 2 balconies, is the perfect solution for couples, friends and families who want to stay in a quiet area a stone's throw from the historic centre.

The apartment, recently renovated, is located on the third floor of an elegant building with elevator, and looks like a clever fusion of modern and antique style. Dimora Matteotti, characterized by a marble floor of the 60s and wooden flooring, opens into a large entrance hall with a modern system of night lights: on the right you find the large kitchen in clear tone, equipped with everything needed for cooking, and a dining table with chairs for a quick breakfast.

On the left, an elegant living room with a balcony where there is a double sofabed, TV and a dining area with a large table that can accommodate up to six people. The sleeping area is composed of a first double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and a second bedroom. Separately, there is a second bathroom with shower. The apartment is also equipped with all modern amenities, including air conditioning, free wireless internet, washing machine and dishwasher.

Good BUT

The apartment was absolutely fine but it is very poorly sound insulated and we were able to hear the slightest sound from the other apartment. We are not particularly sensitive to noise so foolishly ignored this complaint from other guests. I would strongly advice you to take heed and if you decide to come then bring your own ear plugs.

Overall we are rating it as a 3 because we were not informed about the elevator that was under construction so we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with luggages. Air conditioning was not working properly. Apartment was very hot. Neighbours had screaming kids into the night.

Die Lage ist echt super, allerdings war weder gewischt noch richtig gesaugt. Ungewaschen Tassen standen im Küchen Schrank, der Kühlschrank war noch mit Krümmel voll vom Vorgänger. Gehe mal stakt davon aus, das die Endreinigung aus Betten machen und frischen Handtüchern auslegen besteht. Einrichtung war soweit in Ordnung, zweckmäßig alles was man braucht. Alles in allem kann man hier nach einmal putzen ne schöne Zeit verbringen. Besonders da alles in ca 10-15 min zu Fuß erreichbar ist.

Das Appartement ist für 4 Personen hervorragend geeignet. Die Ausstattung ist super, die Lage bestens. Peanuts, nur als Info für das Team: Das Einzige, was man vermisst, sind ein paar Haken in den Badezimmern; das Rollo in der Küche war für mich alleine nicht hochzuziehen. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen! Vielen Dank!

This property has many good feature - great location, spacious, good beds, adequate linens, modern bathrooms, and good check in flexibility. Our greatest frustration was that the air conditioning was off and had been in off for some time when we arrived around 2200. It was extremely hot in Verona and no one could sleep until around 0400 with the air conditioning on full. Whatever was saved on electricity was lost on first impressions. Our other frustration was the absence of small starter supplies like shampoo, laundry soap and paper towels. Otherwise, it was an adequate stay that could have been greatly improved with small efforts and small investments.

Clean, good facilities and excellent location

Barbara did a great job explaining to me about verona when I pick up the keys and the apartment is about 5 mins from the office. The apartment was very clean with good facilities when we wanted to stay in one evening and cook for ourselves. It is about 10 mins walk to the plaza elbe and the castle. Very nice and enjoyable 4 days stay in verona.

Viajamos a Verona con nuestros hijos de 13 y 18 años. Recojimos las llaves en la oficina de DimoreVerona donde nos proporcionaron información práctica sobre la ciudad. El apartamento estaba perfecto, incluso mejor que en las fotos. Era muy amplio y cómodo y todo estaba limpísimo. La decoración era preciosa y estaba muy bien situado (cerca del centro, a unos diez minutos a pié). Las chicas de la agencia fueron amabilísimas (incluso nos imprimieron las tarjetas de embarque para el vuelo de vuelta). Altamente recomendable.
