Large, elegant and comfortable in the center, 20 min. from Lake Garda, 1 hour from Venice

  • Delightful and spacious apartment of recent construction, it has four bedrooms, (1 junior suite, 1 double and 2 twins with single beds), three bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining room.
    A double sofa bed is also available in the living room.
    Each room is equipped with free air conditioning and WiFi.
    The equipment includes towels and sheets, also I provide what is necessary for a breakfast.
    It is located a few bus stops from the historic center, a step away from the fair and close to the Verona Est motorway exit.
    Ideal as a starting point for visiting the historic center, the localities of Lake Garda, the mountains of Lessinia as well as the cities of art in Veneto and Lombardy.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: The tourist tax must be paid only for the first 5 days of stay, therefore starting from the 6th day it must not be paid.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Sie war sauber, gut ausgestattet, die Betten waren bequem, jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage, und die Vermieter sind sehr nett.

Great Place to be

Daniele‘s House is amazing. Wonderful bathrooms, huge modern kitchen with everything you need and plenty of space to eat and relax. Daniele and his wife a very nice and help with Everything. If we come back to Verona one day, we would look forward Go stay in Daniele‘s house.

Daniele was a great host and very easy to communicate with. His house is lovely and features his own artwork. There isn’t much nearby his house other than a couple of small cafes and pizzerias so be prepared to commute to city center for meals and such (20-30 minutes by bus). But I would definitely stay here again

Venturing out from Verona

Daniele and Agnese are wonderful hosts. The townhouse is spacious, well appointed and comfortable. It accommodated our party of 8 adults allowing for both space and privacy. Our many questions about restaurants, shopping and transportation were all answered. The location is a neighborhood setting with access to cafes, wine bars, and shopping. The bus is nearby with access to the train station if you want to explore outside of Verona. Go-you will enjoy!!

Magnificent

Italy in July 2023 has a unprecedented heat wave . This Property hit all the spots for the family . Not only does every room have ac. The property was immaculate every thing was spotless. the owner took great pride in his property. about two kilometers from the city center. The city's shopping a location is prefect for eating and dinning. if we are ever back in the area we are sure to stay in this location.

Our stay was great! The apartment was immaculate and very well appointed. The bathrooms were fabulous! Daniele was wonderful - he was available at a moments notice for anything that we needed.

Zwei Tage Verona auf dem Weg in den Süden

Unsere 4-wöchige Italienreise mit 6 Personen führte uns zunächst nach Verona. Da unklar war in welcher Zeit wir die 860 km schaffen würden, waren wir etwas in Sorge wegen einer vielleicht sehr späten Ankunft in der Residenz. Völlig unbegründet. Daniele nahm mit uns sehr frühzeitig Kontakt auf und versicherte uns, dass wir jeder Zeit erwartet würden. So war es dann auch. Wir wurden herzlich in Empfang genommen. Ein Kuchen stand bereit und Wasser im Kühlschrank, sowie alles für ein kleines Frühstück. Die gemeinsame Rundgang im Haus - in perfektem Deutsch - machte uns mit den Besonderheiten vertraut. Alles war wirklich perfekt und plitzsauber. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Jedes Paar hatte ein eigenes Schlafzimmer mit Bad und so konnte unsere Reise entspannt beginnen. Die Küche verfügte über alles, was man benötigt, in perfektem Zustand. Man hätte sicher großartig dort Kochen können, was wir aber nicht gemacht haben. Vom Vermieter bekamen wir hilfreiche Tipps, wo man lecker Essen kann. Ein Parkplatz für unseren Bus stand kostenlos ganz in der Nähe zur Verfügung. Auch die Bushaltestelle war sehr Nahe, sodass man alle 15 Minuten entspannt nach Verona ins Zentrum fahren konnte ohne Parkplatz Sorgen. Alles in allem hätte es nicht besser sein können!

Daniele & Isabetta Grazie Mille!!! Our family of six has rented homes for over 14 years in several countries using different companies. Your home is one of the best we have ever rented. The design, amenities & accessories, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, beds, and over all space is fantastic. We had two cars and never had a problem finding a parking space a block away. The drive and parking to Verona was very easy. We went to Pizzeria da Roberto as recommended and the pizza was one of the best we had on our 16 day trip. We highly recommend this home. Thank you for the welcome cake and espresso!!! Audet Family

Gorgeous, Modern House

Beautifully designed and decorated house with a fabulous kitchen and modern baths. Free parking a block away. 5 minute drive to the center. Excellent security, good WiFi. Host and his daughter were great - easy meet up for keys. Quiet neighborhood during the official quiet hours. One ground floor bedroom, others up a flight of stairs. The main bedroom double had an extra firm mattress. Others (twins) were foam mattresses. Great place for a family or sets of friends to stay and socialize in the big living, dining, kitchen areas.
