We were thrilled with the location of this condo & the owner is very communicative and thorough. Love the decor and overall feel of this place. The living room is so bright and cheery. We would definitely stay here again!”

“This property is smack dab in the middle of the host family's horse farm which makes for some stunning views and beautiful morning and evening walks. When I arrived, Justin (co-host) was at the barns and came over to the rental to greet me and and to make sure there was nothing immediate that I needed. “The location was perfect for our itinerary. Bathroom area was very small. There was no toaster of all things to heat a bagel or toast in the morning. Bed was comfortable. Rooms were clean. We could not get any standard TV channels on the TV's. But we really did not use the TV's much. Not sure I would recommend for what we paid over the weekend. But maybe that is the going rate for that area.”

“The house was immaculate and even more beautiful in person! It was the perfect size for our family and so convenient to downtown Versailles with a short drive to Lexington. The kitchen is well stocked and the bathrooms had plenty of towels. Communication with the owner was great with quick responses. Everything was just perfect!”

“Lovely stay, including the coffee and snacks waiting for us. We were bicycling and the cabin was a tad out of town, so we couldn’t walk to dinner. Not a problem with DoorDash, though! We ordered takeout from The Columbian Corner; huge portions and it arrived HOT! The back screened in porch was much appreciated and Judi was very easy to communicate with.”
