「Super nice hotel, very friendly staff & good breakfast buffet!」

「Hotel Villa San Carlo was a disappointment. The hosts are exceedingly nice, but the hotel itself is in dire need of an update. Nothing has been done in 20 years. The beds are wildly uncomfortable, the bathrooms less functional from the shower cabins to the 20 year old hair dryers. Air conditioning works sometimes, WiFi is sketchy and the breakfast is severely lacking. Even for Italian standards. The same sad hard boiled eggs came from the fridge 3 days in a row.」

「Very nice place!! Excelent!!」

「Hospitality from the host was perfect. Friendly, responsive and made us feel like home.」

Airco werkt uitstekend. We hebben er een heerlijk verblijf gehad.」

「quiet, beautiful hotel, nice restaurant, good wine cellar」

「Nice and helpful staff. Room is clean and well maintain. Quiet and beautifully environment. Good restaurants nearby. It is a great location for holiday. 」

「Booked two rooms through the app. Arrived after a long drive through the mountains, only to be told our reservation had been cancelled — no call, no email, no warning. The explanation was a "system error" that apparently left them unaware they had no rooms. They moved us to another hotel. Calling it a downgrade is generous — the room felt more like a hospital ward than a hotel, closer to a cell than anything we had paid for. If you cancel a confirmed booking on guests standing in your lobby at...

「My husband and I just stayed one night in this hotel for a break on the way from Milan to Toscana. It was surprise to find this brief accommodation so enjoyable. All the staff in the hotel were helpful and nice. The environment inside the hotel and it's surrounding were relaxant.」

「It was a quick in and out stay overnight 」

「Nice place and area . Shame we only had one night.」
