"The building doesn't have an elevator, so if you're carrying large, heavy suitcases and you're given a room on the top floor, it's very, very difficult. The area where it's located is ugly and feels unsafe. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they'll help you find a taxi."

The restaurant doesn’t seem to actually function for dinners, never saw anyone having a meal, and chose to explore beyond the hotel for meals other than breakfast as a result. Breakfast selection was minimal and inadequate, but the cappucino and espresso coffee at their convenience store and for breakfast service was outstanding. "My daughter and I booked this hotel when the train and plane strikes affected our travel plans. We absolutely loved this place! Loved the little pool, the view of the sunsets. The seating in the courtyard and the beautiful room were lovely. We showed up early to drop off our bags and were invited to have coffee while they expedited the room clean. All the staff were amazing, but a special hour out to Lydia who made us feel so welcome and special. They set up a manicure for my daughter and a massage for me. Our stay was perfect. "
