「Property was very clean and well equipped. Rooms are small but if you use the balcony, it suffices. Beds are very firm and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Location was amazing - we were walking distance to many attractions such as the Lungomare, restaurants, the port, 2 to 3 castles, and supermarkets for the essentials. This place has an elevator, which was a must for us with our bags. There are no pools or gyms, front desk etc. Check in was self serve. Very well...

It is in an old building, authentic Italian style with a courtyard and a concierge downstairs, not particularly easy to find, on the third floor with a quirky elevator. 「This place is in the middle of the action, lots of restaurants around to choose from. The room was well maintained and staff were very helpful, available at all times via Whatsapp. This is the place to stay if you want to feel the city.」

「The hotel is terrible in general though it has fantastic view from the balcony and pretty good breakfast. It is a very old hotel. The problem is that the room is of no aircon or fan so that literally there is no air ventilation inside the room if you do not open the balcony door.」

「I had to change the room due to terrible WiFi connection and unbearable noise from neighbors room due to old plumbing system. The second room has better WiFi but only one electrical socket is useful. And you can not use iron and the kettle at the same time as the circuit breaker will shut off! And the bathroom floor is very slippery. I almost fell down a few times. Only beautiful part is the top roof terrace. 」
