Residential area (villas), excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 500 m from the edge of the forest, 2 km from the sea, 3 km from the lake, 2 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: small garden (fenced), courtyard. Garden furniture. Heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Towel change (suppl. charge extra). Public parking on the road. Grocery, supermarket, restaurant, bar 500 m, bakery, bicycle rental 700 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Torre del lago" 1.5 km, public bathing area 2 km, lake Massaciuccoli 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, surf school 2 km, tennis 700 m, cycle lane 500 m, children's playground 500 m. Nearby attractions: Firenze 90 km, Pisa 25 km, Lucca 25 km, Forte dei Marmi 20 km, Pietrasanta 16 km, Cinque Terre 60 km. Hiking paths: Sentieri Alta Versilia 15 km.
