## Space
This spacious 130 m² loft, fully air-conditioned, will win you over with its unique volumes and atypical charm. Nestled behind a large gate and a private walled courtyard, it offers an intimate and friendly setting. Located on the first floor of a typical house, it has a large, bright living area opening onto a pleasant terrace, ideal for relaxing outdoors.
On the main floor there is a functional bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm) and a children's bedroom with two single beds (80x200 cm), providing a comfortable space for younger guests.
On the upper floor, a mezzanine opens onto the living area and houses a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. There is also a bedroom with a 140x200 cm double bed and a second bathroom for added convenience.
Ideal for comfortably accommodating 6 people, this spacious loft can easily be adapted to accommodate up to 8 tenants thanks to its modular layout. Perfectly located in the charming village of Vias, just 2.5 km from the beaches, it is the ideal setting for a holiday with family or friends, combining comfort, space and proximity to the sea.
## Access
The ground floor is unoccupied, so you have the loft and courtyard to yourself. The courtyard offers side-by-side parking for 2 vehicles and is enclosed by a secure gate.

Vias offers its visitors 5 km of fine sandy beaches, traditional markets with a warm atmosphere and unspoilt natural areas to discover through pleasant discovery tours, ideal for holidays in Occitanie.

Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. The accommodation is close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops.

By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.
