I stayed in a comfortable single room at the Palads Hotel, very clean with good facilities. Lovely breakfast selection and all the staff I spoke to could not be more helpful. Great location in Viborg to take in the atmosphere and Danish architecture

The bathroom was mouldy smelling, probably from the shower curtain, maybe from the sewers not sure. The bedroom was quiet and comfortable but the entrance living room was just strange. Room 306 if I remember. The breakfast was much better than expected considering the hotel in general but I would reconsider the table placemats that frankly put you off the breakfast. The location was very good. Parking etc...good. We will not stay here again due to the esthetics of the hotel. It was not easy on the eye inside and the rooms less than what we expect at that price range.

Had a single room but had everything I needed including fridge, kettle and sachets + a good little coffee maker. Breakfast was also very good with a variety of hot and cold options. Car parking on Sunday when they were quiet was fine but going back the following day was very tight and getting out was difficult

This hotel needs a renovation, welcome to the 70s, overpriced. Breakfast is a joke, too many people , not enough tables, food running out, coffee running out, people standing everywhere waiting for a table, Chaos. I will never stay here again. Oh yeah if you’re handicapped, be sure to get to your room before 10 o’clock because they close the door to the elevator

The breakfast was way to crowed and staff had problems filling the buffet, eg. no scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, pancaces, etc. The room was dusty and poorly ventilated, seem like an old office turned into a hotel room without removing the office furniture...

Positivt: - Vi havde booket en lejlighed som viste sig at være langt større end forventet. Det blev derfor en overnatningsmulighed fo 2 par. - Sengene var gode og der var håndklæde og sæbe. - Check-in kunne også foretages tidligere end ventet. - Morgenmaden var god - det var nemt og hurtigt at tjekke ud. Forbedringsmuligheder: - Trods lejlighedens størrelse, var der kæmpe fugtskade, smadret rude og badeværelse med tydelig skimmelvækst. - Spisestolene var defekte,/ leddeløse hvilket var ved at gå galt for en af os. - Der var masser af bøger, malerier og skabe. En stor møbleret lejlighed. Derfor var der forståeligt nok ikke rengjort overalt, kun lige de områder som vi skulle bruge. - Der var alt for mange gæster til morgenmaden og køkkenet kunne ikke følge med opfyldning af maden og rent service. De gjorde alt hvad de kunne, men der var for mange samtidige gæster og det var svært at finde plads. Tror ikke det levede op til krav fra brandmyndigheder.

Udmærket ophold. Meget venligt personale. Ærgerligt at værelset lå et lille stykke fra selve hotellet (reception og morgenmad). Parkeringssituationen virkede ikke helt gennemtænkt, og der var ikke nødvendigvis nok p-pladser, hvis man kom på et uheldigt tidspunkt. Dejligt stort værelse, dog manglede den ene halvdel af brusenichen plus en svaber, hvilket var super mærkeligt og upraktisk. Fint gammel hotel, der dog var noget slidt.

Det eneste positive med dette «hotellet» må være frokosten og beliggenheten. Er nok derfor hotellet har fått så god tilbakemelding. Vi leide et rom for 3 personer og dette lå i øverste etasjen i et gammelt bygg. Obs. Ingen heis. Vegg til vegg teppe og en blanding av Wunderbaum og gammelt hus lukt i leiligheten. Badet var «stilfullt» innredet med blått toalett og et nydelig dusjforheng foran dusjen. Fristet ikke til å dusje der! Svært lytt mellom rommene og de såkalte rullegardinene foran vinduene kunne like godt vært borte. Rommet / leiligheten bærer preg av lite vedlikehold siden 50 tallet. Et helt greit sted for en ok sum, hvis man ikke planlegger et lengre opphold i Viborg. En annen ting som vi undret oss over, er om rommet hadde røykvarslere. Prøvde å kontakte resepsjonen, men de var da stengt.
