“酒店整體服務十分好，員工誠信特別高，我忘記帶腰帶銀包外出，內有現金英磅和歐元，回來還是原封不動，十分感謝29/10早上打理房間的員工。 只是整座大廈有點舊，升降機需要更新或維修，因為七個朋友包括我一起被困半小時😂”

“Otima localização, próximo ao centro histórico, mas nao distante da estacao de trem. Chuveiiro, cama , confoto otimos , meu quarto era pequeno , mas nao comprometeu nossa permanencia de 1 noite. Banheiro com bom tamanho. Cafe da manha bom , equipe do café muito atenciosa . Necessitando de yogurte sem lactose por exemplo foi imediatamemte providenciado. Espaço para guardar bagagem bom , e mesmo sem recepção 24 horas facil acesso ao hotel após horario obde portas foram fechadas.”

“We 2 people have a triple room which is very big, with a good AC and nice and clean bathroom(with bathtub). My personal favorite is the big window face the castle. Have cool air inside with all natural surrounding a step out of the window! Breakfast is good too. I enjoy stay at Beatrix Este and the room, hotel facility and service are highly recommended. ”

“What a great hotel! It was chosen as a convenient stop to break up a late night arrival and a drive to Venice with my kids but it was definitely a hidden gem. The staff could not have been more helpful. We had a delayed flight so I called to check someone would still be around for us to check in. I was advised someone would be there until 11 but if we were arriving later it wasn't a problem. We then had a stressful chain of events, pushing us way past 11pm but the man at the hotel called to……
