Room was not cleaned two hours after check in time. No soap. Dirty towel in room. 2 drinks open in the room. Lady came and wiped sink and bathroom floor only. Never cleaned tub. We were not told about breakfast till check out. Just coffee and granola bars.

They should not be allowed to advertise having breakfast. There were just two flavors of those dry, hard granola bars-period. No drinks, nothing. The first room I got the fridge wasn't working, so they gave me the room next door. Fridge worked but made strange noises constantly. Thankfully, I bring a fan so on high it covered the noises. There was a stain on the comforter and the pillows were bad, but the mattress was comfortable. Generally, the pics online are misleading, as is saying they have breakfast.

The room was clean and updated. I was pleased to find an actual easy chair with an ottoman for relaxing. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows. Although the room had fresh paint, there was a patched and plastered area on the wall that had not been repainted. The bathroom was adequate, but had evidence of mildew and water in the shower area. There was an outdoor pool that was in use. Overall, it was a comfortable and safe room to stay in.

i was given a handicap room, which turned out wonderful, as i have trouble getting my legs over the tub ri.m. i love the shower chair. thid is good for me and the water was wonderful. the pillows were a little smushy and they did not support my neck. i thought they would have some breakfast, as advertised, but they had nothing but coffee, and i am a morning tea drinker. so that was a disappointment. they should not advertise they do, when they don't. otherwise the room was good.

Upon entering the lobby, the pleather chairs were very cracked and peeling. I wanted to cancel my reservation right then, but my husband’s family family was staying there for a family member’s funeral. The receptionist was very friendly. Upon entering the room I was pleasantly surprised that everything looked very clean and the room had a fresh smell to it. The bed was tolerable. I prefer very firm Due to bad back. But that’s not dufferent from pricier hotels I’ve stayed in. The linen and towels were very thin. The floor needed to be repaired but was very clean. Great cleanliness at any price. Just needs some repairs. I would recommend staying here.

Economical, decent accommodations, necessary things in working order, and bed and bath were good. The website showed a lobby of about a decade ago, as the pictured chairs and walls were the same but needed refurbishing or replacement. The floors in room 111 had been cleaned but there were gaps in the flooring that would permit a small ecosystem to thrive: in other words, please replace the floor because there is no way to sanitize it. The toilet seat was clean but was made of some painted material that was peeling: please replace it. When preparing a room for a guest, you might consider your mother-in-law is coming and you get the spots, drips, and dust off out of respect. Clearly the housekeepers do superficial cleaning. On closer inspection, it is apparent the upper surfaces have not been wiped. There was dried food splashed on the wall in a few places that would need a scrub and some touch up paint. We can avoid a lot of things but not the floor and toilet seat.
