Charming boutique hotel in a great location

Fantastic views, very comfortable room, nice restaurant/bar/pool area on the roof. Short but challenging walk into town. Breakfast billed as Continental but was much better than that.

Overall our stay was amazing! Beautiful views of Mt. Vestivus. Breakfast featured a large selection of fresh local foods. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room could have used some additional care on floors but we would definitely stay again!

Best hotel in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The service was amazing, and the hotel was very clean and spotless. The breakfast offered a variety of sweet options, along with some savory dishes. I will definitely recommend this hotel. The front receptionist was very kind and helpful with any questions we had, and provided great support for pick-up and drop-off services.

Dimo20 hotel had the best restaurant and pool view of any place we ate in all of the Amalfi Coast. We were delighted by the help of the desk staff arranging shuttles, advising on activities, and allowing breakfast to go for early morning departures. Full breakfast quality was also a 10! Proteins, fruit,fresh juices, excellent bakery items, and high quality food variety. We will be back!

The most beautiful stay, in the most beautiful location! Our stay at the Domo20 was perfect; we could not have asked for anything more! Mario on the front desk was amazing and Carlos up on the terrace was just fantastic! The rooms are stunning and you have to try the breakfast (you need a weeks stay in order to try all of the options)... breakfast is presented with a myriad of options and all of those we tasted were delicious! If we come to the area of Vico Equense again.... we will be back!!!

An amazing little hotel in a perfect place with a stunning view. The staff were just amazing and helped us with our sightseeing needs and travelling around places. After two meals out of the hotel they were quick to accommodate us by organising our taxis back to the hotel and we had the free shuttle service down to the station when we went out on a couple of occasions. Just the perfect stay. A shame we couldn't enjoy the jacuzzi due to some rain.

Staff was great. They assisted in arrangements for transports from train station in Naples and to the airport. Very comfortable and clean establishment and morning breakfast and coffee was wonderful.

This hotel was absolutely stunning!!!! Beautiful and clean environment. Irina was extremely professional, helpful, and kind. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay just a few minutes away from Sorrento!

Beautiful view from terrace. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff at front desk. Friendly and efficient servers at breakfast. Good breakfast. Only slight negative was a noisy group of foreigners that seemed oblivious to other visitors (not the fault at all of the hotel but was a bit annoying nonetheless).

The entire staff at Domo20 in Vico Equence was attentive, kind and often made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Would strongly recommend taking their advice on how to arrive at the hotel by car — google maps will not help. The hotel is located close to the train/bus station from which you can do day-trips to Amalfi, Positano, Sorrento — Napoli, Pompeii …etc.

Not exactly great value for money

Hotel looks fine at frist glance, average, ok. But it’s not really a great stay or worth the money they charge. Rooms are very basic, small, bathrooms same. Soundproofing is not good, you hear literally everything from outside as well as from other rooms. Stuff sure wasn’t the friendliest (except for a nice lady at reception). Breakfast is good, lot of choices. Location is also good, few min walk to centre. Plus they have underground parking, handy if you travel by car. But all in all, for us this one was the least comfortable and pleasant stay from all our amalfi coast hotels (all in similar price range). I don’t recommend it, I am sure there are much better choices

This place was a gem! The hotel is up on a hill, so the view is incredible—you can see all the way to Naples from the rooftop terrace. So many things made our stay amazing: 1. Free Transfer: They offer a private shuttle from Vico train station on arrival and departure days, and even during the stay if you ask. It’s only a 10-15 minute walk otherwise, but the shuttle was super handy. 2. MIMA Restaurant: our evening at hotel's Michelin-starred restaurant was unforgettable. Dinner was a delight—creative, beautifully presented, and so tasty! The staff explained every dish in detail. Plus, the atmosphere was cozy and romantic, with views of the sea and Naples’ lights twinkling across the water. Loved it! 3. Room Service: Our room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and water. It was so nice to come back to a spotless, comfortable room each night. 4. Wonderful Staff: Everyone we met, from reception to the shuttle drivers, was friendly and attentive. They really took care of us and even gave us helpful tips for our day trips. 5. Breakfast: A great spread of continental breakfast with delicious pancakes and pastries—perfect start to the day! In a nutshell, a great great experience! We’d definitely stay here again.
