讚好：設施服務
We reserved a double Queen but were given a king with pull out couch. We are both in our 70s and are not going to sleep on a pull out couch. I was told the hotel was full and they could not accommodate us - they blamed Expedia software for the mixup. We never saw more than 2 or 3 other clients and the parking lot was not full. The shower gel was totally out and there was no bar soap in the bathroom. The breakfast area floor was dirty with food droppings along the breakfast counter and the breakfast offerings were very limited compared to most BW I’ve stayed in and this is a Plus location. Most BW are really good but I wouldn’t highly recommend it.

Room a/c wasn’t on when we arrived. Took a while for room to cool down. Faucet in shower was broken and leaking. Seems like it would have been easily noticed if someone was checking the rooms before guests arrived. The room was clean. The hotel was clean.
