Ask for lost & found help but never get response.

After check out, I called hotel to check if I leave my shirt there immediately, but the front desk transfer to house keeping dept. there is only voice message, even I leave messages for several times, never get response, now it's 10 days pass, I think I never find my shirt back.

Very close to everything we needed. 3 bus stops within a block, mall across the street. Very easy access to transit and 10 minute drive from downtown, shopping, restaurants.

Everything was very good, however one thing that was the only negative was the bathroom. There was terrible water pressure in the shower, and although the wall switch caused a grumbling sound, there was no exhaust fan. Very minor in the grand scheme of things but perhaps worth noting.

The property was in need of up-dating and renovation. Wallpaper was loose, doors did not fit properly. There was a general feeling of being in a well used hotel that had not kept up their maintenance. Would not recommend.

The breakfast room was understaffed. The gentleman than did most everything was run off his feet and came in on his day off. They ran out of many breakfast items long before 10 am and many people were unhappy of course. The gentleman that took the brunt of the complaints was still gracious. This was the Sunday of the family day long weekend. On Monday, another kind gentleman ran the breakfast room. He kindly offered assistance when I was juggling food\drinks for myself and disabled brother. Great location and helpful staff.

The new laminate floors in the suite and throughout the hallway made it extremely noisy! Slammed doors reverberated and echoed down the long hallways. Breakfast was great but the staff kept running out of both the hard boiled and scrambled eggs. Our understanding, was that breakfast items would be replaced if they ran out, up until the breakfast time ended [around 10:00]. We were there at 9am. This needed to be managed better. Outside of these issues, the room and hallways were clean.

Didnt like location not gym, either have to go through a restaurant or through courtyard (in the winter). So it's far form user friendly.

Overall clean and friendly. Older hotel so dated looking inside and out. Updated hard plank flooring in rooms was nice, cleaner than carpets, not so nice in the hallways. Noisy when people walked by. Free breakfast had good variety and was clean in the serving area. Mall within walking distance was nice but watch for closing times. Not many places to eat around hotel, pub attached was not that nice.
